This is essentially the same complete nanobot conversion as the one for Alexandra, except that Elizabeth retains her human appearance. Her flesh and all organic matter is converted into the same living latex-flesh, her entire synthetic body overrun with Lumina’s nanobots, but from outside, she still looks completely human, apart from a little artificial sheen her synthetic skin has developed.
Apart from making Elizabeth just as immortal and synthetic as Alexandra, Lumina’s nanobots also have regressed her age quite a bit, forever looking like she’s 25.
Elizabeth’s fully converted muscles have become stronger as well — not on the level of Alexandra’s ridiculous strength — but still beyond what any biological human can achieve.
Becoming entirely synthetic also has given Elizabeth her own power source, similar to Alexandra’s fusion power supply in her chest, meaning Elizabeth doesn’t need to eat or even breathe any more. But she doesn’t stop, enjoying the taste and act of eating too much to abandon it, even if it has no functional purpose. To keep up the perfect mimicry of a biological human being, Lumina also sustains an imitation of breathing and a heartbeat in Elizabeth’s synthetic body, even if her new body has no need for oxygen in the first place.
Elizabeth’s full nanobot conversion also fully integrate her mind into Alexandra and Lumina’s mental mesh, evolving the connection she had through the brain link implant to the same, all-encompassing capacity as Alexandra’s connection with Lumina.
Similar to Alexandra’s nanobot conversion, in the end, the majority of Elizabeth’s synthetic body consists of Lumina’s nanobots that can be made into anything at any time.
