Through the brain implant’s absolute integration with Alexandra’s neurological architecture, Lumina has complete control over her sensory perception and proprioceptive feedback. This enables her to create detailed, hyperreal simulations of body parts that no longer exist or are permanently sealed and inaccessible—phantom anatomy that feels utterly real to Alexandra whilst having no physical manifestation or access whatsoever.

These simulations are not mere illusions or superficial overlays. They are direct neural constructs injected into Alexandra’s somatosensory cortex, motor cortex, and associated processing centres, creating the complete subjective experience of possessing and using anatomy that has been removed, replaced, or sealed away. The sensations are indistinguishable from physical reality—often more vivid, more intense, more real than the biological originals ever were. Just like any other simulation or Lumina’s projection, for Alexandra’s senses there is no difference between this and actual reality.

These simulated body parts enable direct intimacy that only exists in the mixed reality Alexandra experiences, where only counts what Lumina dictates.

The brain implant generates these phantom body parts by:

  1. Bypassing Physical Reality Entirely: The simulation does not rely on any remaining biological tissue or sensory input from the sealed/removed area. Lumina writes the sensation directly into Alexandra’s brain, creating the proprioceptive awareness of structures that simply do not exist any more.
  2. Layering Over Sealed Anatomy: When simulating body parts that are sealed rather than removed (such as her mouth, filled and locked shut by the gag), Lumina creates a paradoxical dual sensation—Alexandra simultaneously feels the phantom anatomy (mobile lips, responsive tongue, the cavity of a mouth) and the reality of the sealed cavity (the massive phallus filling her throat, the immobilised jaw, the smooth latex where her mouth opening once was). Both sensations exist in parallel, creating an impossible, overwhelming cognitive dissonance that is itself intensely erotic.
  3. Enabling Interaction: The simulated anatomy can respond to external stimuli—most commonly Lumina’s projection. When Lumina kisses Alexandra’s featureless face, the brain implant generates the complete sensory experience of lips pressing together, tongues meeting, the warm wetness of a kiss. Alexandra feels her phantom mouth opening, her phantom tongue moving, responding, tasting—all whilst simultaneously feeling the gag that has replaced that anatomy entirely.
  4. Maintaining Perfect Control: Because the simulated anatomy exists only in Alexandra’s perception, Lumina has absolute authority over its behaviour and sensation. She can make Alexandra’s phantom tongue eager, hesitant, skilled, clumsy. She can amplify sensitivity, dull it, introduce pleasure or pain. Or, most often, she just gives over control to Alexandra, letting her feel, experience, and use these parts as if she still had these body parts.

Mouth and Tongue

This is the most frequently deployed simulation. Despite Alexandra’s mouth having been surgically removed, her jaw shut, her throat filled from lips to stomach with the massive gag, and her entire head being sealed, locked-away, and transformed into one smooth, featureless latex oval, Lumina regularly simulates the experience of having a functional mouth. Though just like any other “accessible” surface that exists in Alexandra’s body, this simulated mouth, lips, teeth, and tongue are fully made out of and feel like the same flawless glossy latex as her permanent skin.

This allows:

  • Kissing: When Lumina’s projection (or later on others that have the brain link implant such as Elizabeth) kisses Alexandra’s smooth, featureless face, Alexandra feels lips—soft, warm, mobile—pressing against hers. Her phantom tongue can meet Lumina’s (also simulated), tasting her, responding with desperate eagerness. The kiss feels utterly, overwhelmingly real for both persons, the other feeling like they are kissing a wet latex mouth, lips, and tongue.
  • Oral Service: Lumina can simulate Alexandra’s mouth and tongue in order to receive oral pleasure from her slave. Alexandra can lick, suck, and taste Lumina’s divine golden genitals—her phantom tongue working with frantic devotion whilst her actual throat remains filled and sealed.
  • Dual Sensations: Throughout these interactions, Alexandra simultaneously feels the reality—the gag thrusting deeper as her body stiffens, the immobile jaw clamped inflated rubber that has fused with her inner tissue, the sealed cavity that has no opening. The contrast between the phantom freedom of a working mouth and the physical reality of total occlusion is psychologically and erotically devastating.

Limitations

Perception-Only: Simulated body parts exist solely in Alexandra’s perception. They cannot physically interact with the real world (except through the projection, which is itself perceptual). If someone other than Alexandra were present, they would see only her featureless face and sealed body—no phantom anatomy would be visible.
